提升学生技术技能水平、服务区域经济,是高等职业院校的重要职能,校企高效融合是职业教育发展的必由之路。辽宁水利职业学院食品加工技术专业积极探索"校企合作、产教融合"人才培养模式,初步形成了"强基础、重应用、能适应"的专业教学特色,得到社会、企业和学生的一致好评。

摘  要:
Improving students' technical skill level and serving to the development of area economy are the major function of higher vocational education.School-enterprise integration is the inevitable course of higher vocational education.The talent cultivation mode of "school-enterprise integration, production and education integration" was explored by food processing technology specialty of Liaoning water conservancy vocational college, and the teaching characteristic of " strengthening the foundation, enhancing the application and improving the adaptability" was preliminary formed.The talent cultivation mode was well evaluated by society,enterprises and students.
