稻秸秆受切特性的试验研究

摘  要:
采用正交试验设计方法对稻秸秆各种条件下的切断速度进行试验研究,确定了影响稻秸秆切断速度的主要因素及因素影响显著性的程度。试验表明,定刀型式对稻秸秆的切断速度影响较显著,双定刀及较小的刀片间隙有利于切断秸秆;另外,含水率对稻秸秆的切断速度影响较显著,切断速度随秸秆含水率的增加而增大。

摘  要:
By means of orthogonal experiments, testing the cutting velocity of straws on a variety of condition, the major factors affecting the cutting velocity of straws were found out, their force grade were confirmed. The experiments indicated that the form of the fixed support greatly affected the cutting velocity. Double support and less clearance of blade would be propitious to cut off the straw. In the next place, the moisture content of straws greatly affected the cutting velocity. The cutting velocity increased with increase in the moisture content.
