10%丁氟螨酯·嘧菌酯水乳剂高效液相色谱分析方法

摘  要:
[目的]建立10%丁氟螨酯·嘧菌酯水乳剂的高效液相色谱分析方法,实现对制剂中丁氟螨酯和嘧菌酯同时、快速地测定.[方法]以甲醇-水(体积比90∶10)为流动相,在230 nm波长条件下进行检测.[结果]丁氟螨酯和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9995,变异系数分别为3.25%、5.09%,平均回收率分别为99.69%、99.76%.[结论]该方法能有效分离样品中的丁氟螨酯和嘧菌酯,且具有较高的准确度和精密度.

摘  要:
[Aims] A HPLC method for simultaneous and rapid determination of cyflumetofen and azoxystrobin from cyflumetofen· azoxystrobin 10% EW was established.[Methods] The determination was conducted with the mixture of methanol and water (90∶10,by vol) as mobile phase at 230 nm.[Results] The linear correlation coefficients for cyflumetofen and azoxystrobin were 0.9999 and 0.9995,the RSDs were 3.25 and 5.09%,the average recovery rates were 99.69 and 99.76%,respectively.[Conclusions] The method is effective for the separation of cyflumetofen and azoxystrobin with high accuracy and precision.
