Ⅱ型猪链球菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘 要：
2018年8月,江苏省苏中地区某猪场出现疑似感染猪链球菌,病理剖检可见发病猪表现为脑膜、肺脏、肾脏、淋巴结出血肿胀,关节腔有纤维素性渗出物等病理变化,取鼻、肺、脑等组织进行细菌鲜血培养基分离培养24 h可见不同的溶血现象;染色镜检可见紫色成对、短链或长链排列的球菌;生化试验对乳糖、海藻糖、七叶苷产酸产气,甘露醇、山梨醇等不反应;经PCR检测最终确诊该猪场为Ⅱ型猪链球菌感染.药敏试验结果表明,该猪场猪链球菌对庆大霉素等常规药物不敏感,而对头孢曲松、氨苄西林具有较强的敏感性.

摘 要：
In August of 2018, a pig farm in central area of Jiangsu Province was suspected to be infected with Streptococcus suis. Pathological examination revealed that the pigs were manifested as following: the meninges, lungs, kidneys and lymph nodes were hemorrhagic and swollen, and there were cellulosic exudates in the articular cavity;the tissues of nose, lung and brain were isolated and cultured on bacterial blood culture medium, and different hemolysis phenomena were observed 24 hours later;the purple, paired, short-chain or long-chain cocci were seen by staining microscopy;biochemical experiments showed that it produced acid and gas from lactose, trehalose and aescin. Mannitol and sorbitol did not react;the infection of S.suis type 2 was finally diagnosed by PCR. At the same time, the dug sensitivity test showed that S.suis was not susceptible to routine drugs such as gentamicin, and had strong susceptibility to ceftriaxone and ampicillin.
