江西地方猪种(系)血液蛋白多态与品种分类

摘  要：
本次研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法测定了11个江西地方猪种(系)血清转铁蛋白(Tf)、前白蛋白(Pa)、后白蛋白(Po)的遗传多态性,并计算了它们的基因型频率和基因频率.结果显示:(1)江西猪种与欧美猪种差距较大,而与东亚猪种差距较小;(2)11个江西地方猪种(系)3个位点的基因型频率和基因频率品种(系)内趋向一致,品种(系)间差异明显;(3)东乡花猪的转铁蛋白基因频率显著地不同于江西其它10个地方猪种,而近于欧美猪种;(4)星子黑猪、奉新黑猪在3个位点上有很大相似性;(5)属于赣中南花猪类型的万安猪,带有极稀有的 TfD 基因。

摘  要：
The genetic polymorphisms of serum transferrin (Tf),prealbumin (Pa) and Postalbumin (Po) in Jiangxi native pig breeds (or strains) were investigated by using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,and their gene and genotype frequencies were calculated and analysed.The results demostrated that the relationships between Jiangxi native pig breeds and East Asian breeds were closer than those between Jiangxi and European-American breeds.But in Tf locus,Dongxiang pig was similar to European-American breeds,Especially in Tfgene.the gene and genotype frequencies of each locus in all populations varied significantly with breeds,but Xingzhi pig was similar to Fcngxin pig.Wan'an pig involved Tfgene which was a sort of rare gene.
