山西、河北蔬菜生产质量安全调查

摘  要:
通过对山西、河北33个县市区99个主要蔬菜生产基地大白菜、胡萝卜、番茄、山药、黄瓜、辣椒、莴笋和甘蓝病害种类及农药使用情况调查,基本明确了两省蔬菜生产质量安全状况。结果表明,两省8种蔬菜生产的主要病害有枯萎病、霜霉病、灰霉病、病毒病等;蔬菜病害防治过程中存在用药频繁、超量使用等问题;提出了确保蔬菜生产质量安全应加强政府支持、农业科普推广及综合防治措施等建议。

摘  要:
The common diseases and pesticides used for 8 types of vegetable in 99 main vegetable production bases of Shanxi and Heibei provinces were investigated.The results showed fusarium wilt,downy mildew,grey mold and virus were common diseases of Chinese cabbage,carrot,Chinese yam,cucumber,pepper,asparagus,lettuce and cabbage.Problems of too high frequency and extraordinary dosage applications of pesticide,et al were commonly found in the vegetable disease control.Government support,agricultural science and technology extension and comprehensive management measures were suggested to ensure the quality safety of vegetables.
