回转分级筛的动力学仿真研究

摘  要:
为了了解回转分级筛工作时的动力学特性,提高回转分级筛设计的可靠性,采用Pro/E软件,建立了回转分级筛的三维实体模型,进行了回转分级筛的动力学仿真研究,得到了回转分级筛工作过程中的动力学参数,并对仿真结果进行了分析。结果表明:回转分级筛工作时筛船的惯性力很大,通过配置平衡块可以平衡筛船的惯性力,但只配置一个平衡块不能做到惯性力全平衡,剩余的惯性力还较大,容易产生振动,影响回转分级筛的平稳运行,为回转分级筛的合理设计提供了参考依据。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of rotary grading screen at work and improve the reliability of the rotary grading screen,3D entity model of the rotary grading screen was established using Pro/E,and dynamic simulation of rotary grading screen was implemented,the dynamics parameters of the rotary grading screen at work were obtained,and the simulation results was analyzed.The results showed that inertia forces of screen are large at work,and it can be balanced by balance block,but it can't be fully balanced by one balance block,residual Inertia forces of screen is large still,it can cause vibration and influence stable running of the rotary grading screen.This method provides a reference for the reasonable design of rotary grading screen.
