运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实证分析等方法,阐述了体育社团的发展现状,对江苏省体育社团在社会化实体化改革过程中取得的成果进行认真探讨和总结,发现存在的问题和不足,努力探索体育社团与体育行政之间有效衔接和良性互动得以实现的长效机制,为促进体育社团科学发展,为全国体育社团的改革和发展提供有益的理论支持和实践路径。

摘 要：
By means of literature and documents,expert interviewsf,ield observationt,his article describes the current situations of sports associations,concludes and explores the results achieved in the progress of socializing,and finds out the existing problems and shortcomings.Based on thatt,he author tries best to propose an efficient long system to combine the sports administration and sports associations.Therefore,this article can provide some theoretical supports and practical ways to promote the sports associations developing well and for its reform and development in our country.
