一株嗜盐光合菌的分离及对养殖污水的处理效果

摘 要:
以海南虾池特殊生境底泥为菌源,富集、分离出一株嗜盐光合菌,命名HPSB2,并对其进行形态学观察、特征峰值测定及生理生化检测。结果显示:其与红环菌科(Rhodocyclaceae)索氏菌属(Thauera)特性相似,16SrDNA序列比对显示与Thauera aminoaromatica和Thauera mechemichensis相似性达99%。该菌株最适生长温度40℃,最适pH值6.5,最适盐度15‰,最适光强>3000 lx,能耐受45℃高温,在pH值9.5、盐度70‰时仍能正常生长。

摘 要:
Sediment of shrimp ponds in Hainan province was taken as material and a halophilic strain was obtained through enrichment and isolation,named HPSB2.The result of morphological,characteristic absorption peak and physiobiochemical showed that strain HPSB2 was a member of the genus Thauera in th family of Rhodocyaceae.Strain HPSB2 had the 99.0% similarity with Thauera aminoaromatica and Thauera mechemichensis using 16SrDNA sequence alignment.The optimal culture condition of the strain were 40 ℃,pH 6.5,15‰,above 3000 lx.It could grow normally at 45 ℃,pH 9.5,and resist 70‰ of salt.
