铅胁迫对全缘冬青幼苗生长与生理的影响

摘  要:
以0、100、500、1 000、2 000 mg/l的Pb(NO3)2处理全缘冬青幼苗,研究铅对全缘冬青幼苗的生理生化效应。结果表明,低浓度的铅对全缘冬青幼苗生长有促进作用,但随着铅浓度的增加,植株生长明显受到抑制,株高、单株叶片生物量、新根生物量、单株生物量均下降;叶片叶绿素含量下降,叶绿素a/b升高,SOD活性下降,POD活性先上升后下降。表明高浓度铅胁迫导致植物体内保护酶活性受到抑制,膜系统受到伤害,从而影响全缘冬青幼苗的生长。

摘  要:
Experiment on effect different concentrations of lead on growth and physiological functions of ILex integra seedlings showed that lower concentration could promote the growth of the seedlings.But with the increase of concentration of lead,the seedling height,biomass of leaves,of roots,and of the single plant decreased,as well as the chlorophyll content and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),while the chlorophyll a/b increased,peroxidase(POD) increased first and decreased later.The result indicated that protection enzyme activity such as SOD,POD decreased,and membrane system was damaged thus the growth of I.integra seedling was inhibited.
