水杨酸对PEG-6000胁迫下茄子种子活力和幼苗抗旱性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】探讨水杨酸(SA)对干旱胁迫下茄子种子活力和幼苗抗旱性的影响.【方法】以2种长茄品种和2种圆茄品种的种子为试验材料,经不同浓度(0.0~2.0 mmol/L)的水杨酸处理后,在30%PEG-6000摸拟干旱胁迫下测定种子萌发以及幼苗生理指标.【结果】干旱胁迫下,0.5~1.5 mmol/L的SA处理可以提高种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和α-淀粉酶相对活性,茄子幼苗具有较高的株高、叶面积、地上部分干质量和地下部分干质量,叶片中的叶绿素、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量以及SOD、POD和CAT的活性较高,MDA含量较低;其中以1.0 mmol/L的SA处理效果最佳.另外,长茄类品种耐干旱能力高于圆茄类.【结论】外源施加适宜浓度的SA能提高茄子种子的吸水率和α-淀粉酶相对活性,提高茄子种子活力,增强茄子幼苗渗透调节物质的含量和抗氧化酶活性,缓解茄子在干旱胁迫下所遭受的氧化损伤,增强抗旱性.

摘  要:
【Objective】 To investigate the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the seed vigor and seedling drought resistance of eggplant under drought stress.【Method】 Seeds of two long eggplant varieties and two round eggplant varieties were used as experimental materials.The seeds were treated with different concentrations(0.0~2.0 mmol/L) of SA and then the seed germination and seedling physiological indexes were measured under drought stress(30% PEG-6000).【Result】 Under drought stress,the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and relative α-amylase activity of soaking of seeds treated with 0.5 to 1.5 mmol/L of SA were higher than that of control.Under the treatments of 0.5 to 1.5 mmol/L of SA,the seedling height,leaf area,the aboveground and underground dry weight,chlorophyll content,proline content and soluble sugar content and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxide(POD) and catalase(CAT) also increased,but the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) decreased.The best treatment concentration of SA was 1.0 mmol/L.In addition,the drought resistance of the long eggplant varieties was stronger than that of the round eggplant varieties.【Conclusion】 The exogenous SA could protect eggplant against the oxidative injury induced by drought stress by improving the vigor of seeds and increasing osmotic regulator content and the activities of related antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of seedlings.
