摘  要：
基于山东省烟台市乡村振兴工程的实地调查,通过对典型渔村下寨村的个案考察,总结以下寨村为代表的渔村协同振兴模式,认为当前渔村在多元主体参与乡村振兴方面取得一定成效,但也面临政府政策不完善、人才资源匮乏、科技支撑不足等困境,顺应时代发展趋势,结合相关理论和中国农业大学乡村振兴团队在下寨村的实践经验,探索科教引领、协同创新的渔村振兴路径,激活潜在节点和枢纽,拓展创新包括渔村在内的乡村振兴渠道.

摘  要：
Based on the field investigation of the rural revitalization project in Yantai City,Shandong Province,through the case studied of Xiazhai Village,a typical fishing village,this paper summarized the collaborative revitalization model of fishing villages represented by Xiazhai Village.It was believed that the current fishing village had achieved certain results in the participation of multiple subjects in rural revitalization,but it also faced the dilemma of imperfect government policies,lack of human resources,and insufficient scientific and technological support.In line with the development trend of the times,combined with relevant theories and the practical experience of the rural revitalization team of China Agricultural University in Xiazhai Village,this paper explored the revitalization path of fishing villages led by science and education and collaborative innovation,activated potential nodes and hubs,and expanded and innovated rural revitalization channels including fishing villages.
