土地整理综合效益评价研究——以阜康市滋泥泉子镇为例

摘  要：
【目的】对阜康市滋泥泉子镇土地整理项目综合效益进行评价。【方法】从土地整理的经济、社会和生态效益三方面入手,构建土地整理效益评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法相结合进行评价。【结果】通过整理提高了项目区的土地综合效益,在经济、社会和生态等方面效果良好。【结论】整理后项目区各项效益评价分值均在85分以上,达到了"优"的级别。

摘  要：
【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the land consolidation project in Ziniquanzi Town,Fukang City.【Method】The methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are employed to have an empirical analysis,based on the established indexes system of evaluation of land consolidation benefits in this paper in terms of the economic,social and ecological benefits.【Result】The results indicate that the land consolidation project there can be considered to be successful,for the comprehensive benefits of this project improved after land consolidation.Moreover,its economic,social and ecological benefits are satisfactory respectively.【Conclusion】It is concluded that the average evaluation scores are all above 85,the optimal level,which means the land consolidation project is successful as a whole.
