不同加工工艺对仔猪营养效应的影响

摘  要:
对比不同加工工艺 (膨胀制粒、普通制粒、粉料 )对 10~ 2 0kg仔猪生产性能、消化率、理化指标的影响。结果表明 :1)膨胀粒料 (EPPD)组与普通粒料 (CPPD)组、粉料 (M)组相比 ,仔猪的日增重、饲料的料重比均较高 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2 )日粮中某些常规成分如干物质、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗灰分的消化率均为EPPD组最高 ,CPPD组次之 ,M组最低 ;日粮中总氨基酸的消化率以EPPD组为最高 ,CPPD组次之 ,M组最低。3)EPPD组血清中总蛋白含量、转氨酶含量和代谢产物尿素氮含量均高于CPPD组

摘  要:
This study was about the effects of different processing(mash?common pelleting? expanded pelleting) on the growth performance?digestibility?physicological-biological indexes?The results showed :1) Compared EPPD with CPPD and M,the average daily gain of piglet and the ratio of feed and gain was high, but the difference was not significant;2)The digestibility of DM,EE,CP,ASH of EPPD was highest, those of CPPD was higher,was the lowest;M; 3)The amount of TP,ALB,GLOB,A/G,ALT,AST,BUN in the EPPD serum increased significantly compared with CPPD,M (P<0.05).
