海阳市低丘缓坡荒滩土地适宜性评价

摘 要:
低丘缓坡荒滩的开发利用是加强土地资源优化配置、缓解土地供需矛盾、实现耕地占补平衡的有效途径。通过层次分析法选取弹性评价因子与刚性评价因子构建自然、经济和社会指标体系,采用改进的多因素综合评价法对海阳市低丘缓坡荒滩的耕地适宜性与建设用地适宜性进行评价;并依据邻域分析原理,运用ArcGIS空间分析与编程的方法对耕地与建设用地均宜的图斑进行适宜性方向的优化选择,为海阳市低丘缓坡荒滩的开发利用提供依据。结果表明,海阳市低丘缓坡荒滩适宜性呈现宜耕区北部优于南部,宜建区南部优于北部趋势;均宜区面积共7 759.45 hm~2,其中,优先选择为耕地的低丘缓坡荒滩面积6 835.78 hm~2,优先选择为建设用地的低丘缓坡荒滩面积923.67 hm~2;宜耕区面积共20 066.33 hm~2,主要分布在中部和北部;宜建区面积共5 515.24 hm~2,主要分布在南部沿海、中心城区和乡镇驻地周边。

摘 要:
The development and utilization of low hills gentle slope and wasteland is an effective way to strengthen the optimal allocation of land resources,alleviate the contradiction between land supply and demand,and realize the cultivated land balance.In this paper,the elastic and rigid evaluation factors are selected to build natural,economic,and social indicator system through the method of analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,low hills gentle slope and wasteland in Haiyang city on cultivated and construction land suitability are evaluated with the improved multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.Thirdly,the suitability direction,which is appropriate for cultivated land and construction land,are confirmed according to the principle of neighborhood analysis,ArcGIS spatial analysis and prograrming method,providing the basis for the development and utiIization of Iow hills gentle slope and wastel and.T he results show that the northern area of arable appropriate of low hills gentle slope and wasteland is superior than that of the southern,the construction suitability is just the reverse.The area which is both appropriate for cultivated land and construction land is 7 759.45 hm~2,of which,6 835.78 hrrf is selected for cultivated land,and 923.67 hrrf is selected for construction land.The land area of arable appropriate is20 066.33 hrrf,mainly located in central and northern region;the land area of construction suitability is 5 515.24 hm~2,mainly located in the southern coastal,and the surrounding of central city and towns.
