蜂胶非特异性免疫调节作用的研究进展

摘  要:
综述了国内外蜂胶对非特异性免疫系统的作用及其机理的研究进展,探讨了蜂胶对非特异性免疫反应中各种细胞以及相关免疫介质的影响。研究结果表明:蜂胶能有效提高巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞和多形核粒细胞的活性,调节细胞因子的分泌和免疫细胞的增殖,降低巨噬细胞氧化应激反应。

摘  要:
This review compiles data from home and abroad, focusing on its effect on the immnue-mediators and the various cells of the innate immune sysytem, and on the mechanisms of this action as well. In vivo and in vitro studies demonstrated that propolis increases the activities of macrophages, natural killer cells and polymorphonuclear granulocytes, adjusts the production of cytokine and the proliferation of immunocells, and inhibites the oxidative stress in macrophages.
