子莲一年两季就地加代育种研究初报

摘  要:
通过在7月上旬至8月中上旬分期栽植子莲,考察了子莲植株的生长发育情况;结合不同年份不同杂交组合群体前3蓬莲子于8月中上旬前的成熟情况,研究了子莲一年两季就地加代育种。结果表明:在7月上旬至8月中上旬栽植莲子,出苗率高,均能长出立叶,部分植株能正常开花,尤其8月中上旬栽植的亦有植株开花,但莲子几乎不能成熟;栽植的所有莲株均可结有效种藕,种藕数量平均在5支/株以上,可作为繁殖藕,且后期栽植繁殖的种藕质量稍优于前期栽植的。2014年和2017年用种藕栽植的不同杂交组合群体在8月中上旬前均有90%以上的植株可收获2蓬以上的成熟莲子。因此,在广昌地区,子莲藕植当年获得种子并于当年8月中上旬前浸种栽植可产生繁殖藕种,从而可实现一年两季就地加代育种,缩短育种年限,加快子莲的育种进程。

摘  要:
The growth and development of lotus was investigated by stage planting from early July to mid-early August. The additive generation breeding of seed lotus was studied according to the mature ratio of the first-three pods lotus seeds in different hybrid combinations and different years before mid-early August. The results showed that the seedling emergence of seed lotus planted from early July to mid-early August, rate was high. All the plants sprouted standing leaves. A portion of plants could bloom normally. A amount of plants in early August also could bloom, but could not mature. All the plants finally produced effective rhizome, more than 5 rhizomes per plant, and the rhizomes were effective asexual propagating seeds. The quality of rhizome from later seedlings was better than that of early seedlings. Before mid-early August, more than 90% of the different lotus hybrid combinations with rhizome planting in 2014 and 2017 could harvest more 2 pods mature lotus seeds. The mature seeds of lotus were harvested and then planted before mid-early August in that year, and produced effective asexual propagating seeds in last year. Thus, it was realization of adding generation breeding in two seasons a year. The number of years of breeding shortened, and the generation advancement of lotus was accelerated.
