通过调研森林生态食品行业现状,分析归纳了行业就业岗位和能力需求,将所需能力整合为专业基础能力、专业一般能力、专业核心能力及拓展能力,并合理配置相应课程,构建基于能力优化培养的课程体系,为高职课程体系改革提供参考。

摘 要：
This research explored the situation of Forest Ecological Food industry,analyzed and summed up the jobs and vocational ability of this major. The abilities that needed were integrated in terms of professional basic skills,professional general abilities,professional core competence and development abilities,and the corresponding courses were reasonably allocated. The curriculum system based on the structured training vocational ability was developed,which could be used as reference for the constructing of Higher Vocational Curriculum System.
