杨木粉液化树脂泡沫夹芯复合板性能的研究

摘  要:
采用三层胶合板、中密度纤维板和PVC扣板3种贴面材料与杨木粉液化树脂泡沫复合,以保证复合板尺寸稳定性和本体材料的界面性能达到最优,并对复合后的泡沫夹芯板的力学性能及尺寸稳定性,保温、吸声和阻燃性能进行分析。结果表明:3种夹芯复合板中,三层胶合板泡沫夹芯复合板的压缩强度(063 MPa)较好;中密度纤维板泡沫夹芯复合板的弯曲性能和尺寸稳定性最好;PVC扣板泡沫夹芯复合板的阻燃性能最优,吸声性能较好,且中高频区的吸声系数更高,降噪系数也优于其他两种复合板。因此,泡沫夹芯复合板相比传统人造板具有轻质、环保、节能和阻燃等良好的性能,且符合建筑领域应用材料的要求。

摘  要:
A new lightweight flame retardant sandwich composite with foam core was developed for the application as anenvironmental friendly and energy saving construction material. Three different types of surface layers, including poplarplywood, medium density fiberboard(MDF) and polyvinyl chloride(PVC) gusset plate were used with foam core to pre-pare the sandwich composite. The mechanical, heat isolation, sound absorption, flame retardant properties and the di-mensional stability of the foam sandwich composite were tested and analyzed. The results showed that among the threekinds of composites, the panel with three-layer plywood as the surface layer has the highest compression strength(0 63MPa). The panels with MDF as the surface layer have the highest bending strength and best dimension stability(bending strength 12 8 MPa and bending modulus of 130 MPa). The best flame retardant performance and sound ab-sorption coefficient were observed with the panel using PVC as the surface layer. In addition, it has better performance inthe middle and high frequency range as well as low noise reduction coefficient. The results indicated that this foam sand-wich composite panels have good mechanical and physical properties, and can be used as a lightweight environmentalfriendly, energy saving and flame retardant construction material.
