昌台牦牛产奶量及乳成分分析

摘  要:
为了探明昌台牦牛的产奶量及乳成分指标,试验于2015年6—10月份在昌台种畜场对20头经产母牦牛6—10月份产奶量进行测定并对乳成分进行分析。结果表明:昌台牦牛产奶高峰期为7月份、8月份,日挤奶量极显著高于6月份、9月份、10月份(P <0. 01)。7月份、8月份牦牛乳中脂肪、非脂乳固体、乳糖、粗灰分、蛋白质含量极显著低于9月份、10月份(P<0. 01); 7—9月份牦牛乳的pH值极显著高于10月份(P<0. 01); 7月份、8月份牦牛乳的电导率极显著高于9月份、10月份(P<0. 01),9月份牦牛乳的电导率显著高于10月份(P<0. 05)。

摘  要:
In order to understand the milk performance and milk composition of Changtai yak,from June to October,2015,the milk yield of 20 multiparous yaks was measured and the milk composition was analyzed in Changtai breeding farm. The results showed that the peak period of milk production in Changtai yak was July and August,and the daily milk yield was significantly higher than that in June,September and October(P<0. 01). The contents of fat,solid,lactose,crude ash and protein in yak milk in July and August were significantly lower than those in September and October(P<0. 01). The pH value of yak milk in July to September was significantly higher than that in October(P< 0. 01).The electrical conductivity of yak milk in July and August was significantly higher than that in September and October(P<0. 01). The electrical conductivity of yak milk in September was significantly higher than that in October(P<0. 05).
