粮食安全问题至关重要,关系着一国的政治经济稳定。该研究从粮食自给率的概念出发,分析了粮食自给率的影响因素及中国粮食自给率的现状,阐述了确定粮食自给率需要考虑的方面,并就如何提高粮食自给率提出一些政策建议。

摘  要：
Food security is crucial to a country's political and economic stability. Starting from the concept of grain self-sufficiency rate,the factors affecting grain self-sufficiency rate and it's present situation in China were analyzed,the aspects in which the grain self-sufficiency rate is determined were expounded,and some policy suggestions for improving grain self-sufficiency rate were put forward.
