摘 要：
随着中国旅游业的蓬勃发展,水利旅游成为旅游业的一支新生力量。以黑龙江省甘南县太平湖水库为研究对象,首先通过"一核、一带、两轴、多功能片区"的整体布局,构建了主要包括景观功能区划、景点规划、内外交通规划在内的水库景观生态规划体系,展开了对太平湖水库的生态旅游规划。再将核心旅游区分为7大区域,并着重对区域内的植物园和农耕园进行了规划;同时也对湖滨景观带进行了合理的规划设计。通过雨水收集等方式对库区的陆域水环境进行改善。最后计算景区日环境容量为18 900人次。

摘 要：
With the vigorous development of Chinese tourism industry,water conservancy tourism has become a new force in the tourism industry.Taking Taiping lake reservoir as the research object,the authors created a flat-screen layout with a core,a region,two axes and multi-function area,and built a reservoir landscape ecology planning system with the landscape function zoning,attractions planning and internal and external transportation planning.Expanded the eco-tourism planning to Taiping lake reservoir,and built seven functional areas,such as the core tourist areas,lakeside roaming area,and so on.The project aimed to build a core landscape area with multi-core attractions,focused on the area of the botanical garden of the core landscape planning,also on reasonable planning and design for the lakeside landscape belt,as well as improved land water environment of the reservoir area through rainwater collection.Finally it is concluded that scenic day computing environment capacities is 18 900 people.
