摘  要:
采用先进的测试手段对 BJ492 Q型汽油机的燃烧过程进行了测试 ,在 CF 75 0 D燃烧分析器上对该机信息进行数据处理与分析。从试验和分析中得出 ,该机存在指示压力值偏低、缸内最大压力对应角过大、点火提前角和最大燃烧压力角过大、循环变化率过大等问题。结论对改善 BJ492 Q型汽油机燃烧性能具有重要意义

摘  要:
In this paper an advanced means was used to test and analyse the combustion process of BJ492Q gasoline engine. From the curve of indicator diagram in the standard working condition, thirty eight indicator diagrams were obtained and analysed by a data processor. At the same time, the change of major combustion parameters from the indicator diagarms of load performance and speed performance on the tables was also analysed. The experiments and analyses illustrated that the indicated pressure is too low and the angle of corresponding greatest pressure in the cylinder is too big. Because of the over dimensions of lighting advanced angle and the greatest combustion pressure angle, the rate of flame propagation is slower which leads to a poor stability. We put forward a way to overcome the shortage which is of value to the improvement of the combustibility for BJ492Q gasoline engine.
