对我国鹿福利的建议及其相应内容的探讨

摘  要：
随着社会经济的发展与进步,动物福利越来越受到人们的关注。实施动物福利,不仅可以使动物在康乐状态下生存,而且有利于产业健康发展。近年来,我国有关鹿福利的问题亦在日益受到重视,笔者提出了我国鹿福利应该考虑的基本原则和应该实施的管理内容,包括饲料与水的供给、鹿场与设施管理、饲养管理、锯茸管理、运输管理等五方面的内容,以期更好地实施鹿福利标准及制订法规。

摘  要：
With the development and progress of social economy,animal welfare is paid more and more attention. The implementation of animal welfare not only can make animals live in comfortable condition but also is conducive to the healthy development of the industry. The problems about deer welfare in China has been increasingly concerned in recent years,this paper puts forward the basic principles that should be considered in deer welfare and the managing contents of five aspects that should be implemented,including feed and water supply,deer farm and facilities management,breeding management,sawing antler management,and transportation management,with a view to better implement the standards of deer welfare standards and formulate the laws and regulations.
