穗重型小麦品种川麦42与穗数型品种川农16遗传差异的SSR标记分析

摘  要:
川麦42和川农16是四川省近年育成的两种不同类型高产小麦品种。本文选用250对微卫星(SSR)标记引物对两个品种在DNA分子水平上进行了遗传差异的研究。结果表明:250对引物均能扩出清晰地条带,其中129对引物的扩增产物存在多态性差异,占引物总数的51.6%;这为进一步利用川麦42 X川农16构建的重组自交系标记川麦42和川农16的一些重要基因奠定了基础。

摘  要:
Chuanmai42 and Chuannong16 were two high yield potential wheat varieties released in Sichuan in recent years,with big spike andhigh density,respectively.To exploit the elite genes in those two high yield potential varieties,about 150 single seed descent lines(SSD)were developed of Chuanmai42 crossed with Chuanrong16.The genetic polymorphismbetween Chuanmai42 and Chuanrong16 was revealed by250 SSR markers.Of250 SSR markers,129 markers could detect the polymorphism of Chuanmai42 and Chuannong16.These markers shouldbe used in the SSD lines of Chuannong16×Chuanmai42 for genes mapping.
