摘  要：
随着工业食品的飞速发展,食品添加剂与人们的生活愈是息息相关,其安全使用直接影响着人们的身体健康,更是成为发达国家设置贸易壁垒的主要手段。笔者通过对出口食品的添加剂使用现状与存在问题进行论述分析,就添加剂的安全使用问题提出4点措施建议,探索提升中国出口食品添加剂安全使用水平的有效方法,促进中国出口食品企业持续健康发展。

摘  要：
With the rapid development of industrialized food,the relationship between food additive and human being is becoming closer and closer.The safe use of food additive influences people's health directly,even becomes a main measure for tradebarrier of developed countries.This thesis analyses the current situation and problems of additive which used in exported food and offers four proposals for its safe use in order to search effectual methods for safe use of additive of exported food and promote continual and healthy development for food export entertainment in our country.
