一种撞击式喷头雾化特性研究

摘  要:
分析了撞击式喷头的雾化机理,通过实验研究了撞击式喷头的几种雾化液滴直径随喷雾压力变化的规律以及撞击式喷头的流量与喷雾压力之间的关系。实验表明:随着喷雾压力的升高、喷头的流量增大,雾滴的各种直径均降低,但喷雾压力对雾滴直径的影响是有限度的。该喷头的雾滴直径小,雾化特性能满足降温或加湿要求。

摘  要:
In this paper,atomization mechanism of an impinging nozzle was analyzed.The distribution of droplet diameters at different pressure of the nozzle was obtained by experimental research.The relationship between flow rate and pressure of the nozzle was presented.Experiments show that with the rise of spray pressure,the flow rate is increased,the droplet diameter is reduced,but the impact of pressure on droplet diameters is limited;the droplet diameter of the nozzle is fine and it can satisfy the requirements of cooling or moisturizing in high temperature or dry areas.
