大城市郊区农地旅游化流转的问题与对策——以武汉市黄陂区GT村为例

摘 要：
以湖北省武汉市黄陂区ML旅游区所在的GT村为例,探讨了大城市郊区农地旅游化流转的现状与问题。通过对当地村民的半结构性访谈和问卷调查,发现GT村农地旅游化流转存在以下主要问题:流转市场机制尚未形成,旅游增值收益分配不公;农地流转过度非粮化,产业转型后农户社会关系恶化;流转区土地利用效率低,周边生态环境缺乏有效治理。针对相关问题,提出了若干促进农地旅游化流转的对策。

摘 要：
Taking GT Village in Huangpi District of Wuhan City,Hubei Province as an example,we explored the problems and countermeasures of rural land transfer for tourism development. The results showed that main problems existing in the rural land transfer were as following.Firstly,the market mechanism of land transfer was not established and the distribution of incremental profit from tourism development were unfair among the stakeholders. Secondly,there was a tendency of excessive non-food developing in the process of land transfer and deterioration of social relations between farmers. Thirdly,some land transferred were used inefficiently and problem of environmental pollution was arising.According to the relevant problems,the paper proposed some advices to promote the rural land transfer for sustainable development.
