酶法合成共轭亚油酸型磷脂的研究

摘 要:
在非水相体系中利用固定化脂肪酶为催化剂,将共轭亚油酸酰基转移到磷脂分子中,合成富含共轭亚油酸(CLA)的改性磷脂。选用的三种常用的固定化脂肪酶中Lipozyme RM IM催化效率最高,最佳反应条件为:CLA乙酯与大豆粉末磷脂的摩尔比为4∶1,反应温度45℃。对反应产物中的CLA含量进行检测分析表明,48h后其含量可以达到31.3%。进行分离处理后,检测该产品的理化指标。

摘 要:
In non-aqueous system,using immobilized lipase as catalyst,conjugated linoleic acid-phospholipids were produced by transferring CLA-ethyl ester acyl to phospholipids.Screening of three lipases showed that Lipozyme RM IM was most effective in incorporation of CLA into phospholipids(PL),and the processing parameters were optimized as follows:molar ratio of CLA-ethyl ester to soybean phospholipids 4∶1,reaction temperature 45℃.After 48h,the content of CLA in the products was 31.3%.Through separation treatment,physical and chemical index of products were detected.
