甘薯新品系(种)抗蔓割病的室内鉴定

摘  要：
采用薯苗浸液法接种 ,对 2 0 6个甘薯新品系 (种 )进行了室内抗蔓割病鉴定。鉴定结果表明 :抗病 (R)的品系 (种 )有“J1 - 1 ”、“J53 - 1 1 ”、“J1 - 2 1 ”和“97-1 0” ,中抗 (MR)的有2 1个 ,中感 (MS)的有 2 3个 ,感病 (S)的有 56个 ,高感 (HS)的有 1 0 2个。抗病、中抗、中感品种间病情指数差异显著。

摘  要：
The resistance of 206 new varieties of sweet potato to Fusarium oxysprium was identified by seedling-soaking inoculation in greenhouse. The results showed that 4 varieties ("J\-\{1-1\}","J\-\{53-11\}","J\-\{1-21\}" and "97-10") were resistant (R), 21 varieties were moderately resistant (MR), 23 varieties were moderately sensitive(MS), 56 varieties were sensitive(S), and 102 varieties were highly sensitive (HS). There were significant differences in disease index among R, MR and MS varieties.
