摘  要：
According to the summary of the years of experimentation, studied on the technical regulations for planting pollution-free forage millets,such as the planting environment,basic requirements,preparation before sowing,planting requirements,field management,mowing using,transportation and storage,then made clear the specific measures of the technical regulations and technical indicators,designed to provide a technical support of pollution-free forage millets planting with normalization,standardization,industrialization and marketization.
