摘 要:
为了研究不同青贮方式的全株玉米日粮对育肥期杜泊绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质的影响,试验选取48只体重(22±2.5)kg、健康状况良好的断奶杜泊绵羊,随机分为3组,每组16只平分4个重复,分别饲喂不添加青贮饲料的全混合日粮(对照组)、添加30%窖贮全株玉米的全混合日粮(窖贮组)和添加30%伸拉膜裹包青贮全株玉米全混合日粮(伸拉膜组),预试期10 d,正式期90 d,记录采食量和羊只初始及试验结束体重。结果显示:1)饲喂全株青贮玉米的杜泊绵羊试验末重和日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但伸拉膜组和窖贮组之间无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)饲喂全株青贮玉米的杜泊绵羊宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、净肉率、肺脏、肝脏、复胃相对重量和胴体脂肪含量(GR)值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),伸拉膜组肉骨比显著高于对照组和窖贮组(P<0.05),其他各项指标在伸拉膜组和窖贮组之间无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)饲喂伸拉膜组全株青贮玉米的杜泊绵羊肌肉滴水损失显著高于窖贮组(P<0.05),而与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),窖贮组熟肉率显著高于对照组和伸拉膜组(P<0.05),失水率三组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)饲喂全株青贮玉米的杜泊绵羊背最长肌粗蛋白、粗灰分含量和肌肉亮氨酸、组氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),伸拉膜组粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量显著高于窖贮组(P<0.05),其他各项指标在伸拉膜组和窖贮组间无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合各项指标分析,饲喂全株青贮玉米日粮有利于提高育肥期杜泊绵羊日增重,降低料重比,提高屠宰性能和改善羊肉品质。伸拉膜裹包青贮与青贮窖青贮全株玉米日粮均适用于饲喂育肥期杜泊绵羊,窖贮组羊肉保水性和熟肉性均好于伸拉膜组羊肉,两者之间在生产性能、屠宰性能和其他肉质品质等方面差异不明显。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diets with whole corn under different silage methods on the growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of fattening Dorper sheep. 60 Dorper sheep with similar body weight(23±1.5)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups(the control group, the cellar group and the extensional membrane group) with 4 replicates per group and 5 sheep per replicate. The control groups were fed with a diet with no whole corn silage, the cellar group with a diet supplemented with 30% cellar-ensiled whole plant corn, and the extensional membrane group with a diet supplemented with 30% of extensional membrane ensiled whole plant of corn. The results were as follows: 1) The final body weight(FBW) and average daily weight(ADG) of the treated sheep were increased, but their feed-gain ratio(F/G) was decreased(P<0.05). 2) The pre-slaughter weight, carcass weight, slaughter percentage, net meat percentage, carcass to net meat ratio, meat to bone ratio and the relative weight of the lungs, liver and ruminant stomach of the cellar and extensional membrane groups were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the relative weight of stomach was also significantly higher( P<0. 05). 3) The drip loss of the extensional membrane group was significantly higher than the cellar group,but not significantly different from that of the control group( P< 0. 05). The cooking percentage of the cellar group was significantly higher than the control group and the extensional membrane group( P<0. 05),but there was no significant difference in water loss between the three groups. 4) Of the cellar group,the crude protein and ash contents and in longissimus muscle the leucine,histidine,tyrosine and proline contents in the muscles were significantly higher than control group( P<0. 05). The extensional membrane group had higher crude protein and crude fat levels were significantly higher than those of the cellar group( P< 0. 05). The other indicators were not significantly different between the two treated groups. To sum up,feeding whole corn silage benefitted the growth performance,slaughtering performance and meat quality of fattening Dorper sheep. Both the cellar whole plant corn and extensional membrane whole plant corn were appropriate for the sheep.The water holding capacity and cooking percentage of the cellar group were better than those of the extensional membrane group. but there were no significances in the grouth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality between the two treated groups.
