摘 要：
以独立样本t检验的Excel和SPSS分析为例,解释说明随机设计两样本数据的推断分析过程,以试验研究中两个处理的比较分析结果来解决实际的问题。针对两独立样本t检验来说,运用Excel工具所得的数据结果更加的完整和准确但是操作复杂,运用SPSS工具操作简单方便但是数据却没有Excel所得出的精准,由此说明,采用独立样本t检验的Excel和SPSS 2种分析工具时应根据实际情况来选择。

摘 要：
Taking the independent-sample t test by using Excel and SPSS as an example, the analysis process of inferencing the two samples data in randomly designed experiment was interpreted to investigate the statistical results between two treatments. In terms of two independent-sample t test, the data obtained with Excel were completer and more accurate but were complicated; the analysis process with SPSS was relatively simple, but the obtained data were less accurate than Excel. It was indicated that the choice of Excel and SPSS in independent-sample t test was expected to be made according to the actual situation.
