气流式分离机分离不同形态秸秆碎料的试验研究

摘  要:
影响气流式分离机分离性能的因素很多。为了解在不同形态秸秆碎料分离过程中对分离产生影响的因素及其影响规律,在生产实践的基础上确定参数和指标,进行不同形态秸秆碎料分离的正交试验。通过对试验结果的分析,可获知应用于不同形态秸秆碎料分离的气流式分离机的性能指标随各参数变化的规律,得出一定条件下最佳分离状态下的各参数值。

摘  要:
Based on the experiments of production and the conditions provided by the reality the parameters and indexes were determined. The similar conditions were made to perform orthogonal experiments of separating difform cornstalk. The results of the experiments were displayed by figures. The results show the change characteristics of the indexes as the changing and the values of the optimum parameters of difform cornstalk separation on some separation.
