木结构用落叶松集成芯板墙面板生产工艺技术

摘  要:
介绍以低质落叶松木段为原料,生产木结构用集成芯板墙面板产品的生产工艺技术,以及落叶松集成芯板墙面板的物理力学性能和结构性能。经有关测试(算)表明,落叶松集成芯板墙面板产品的各项性能达到了木结构用墙面板产品的技术要求,其生产成本可降低约500元/m3。

摘  要:
The manufacturing technology of wall sheathing with laminated core made from low quality larch logs,which were used for wood framing house was introduced in the paper.And the selected mechanical and physical properties as well as structural performances were also presented.The testing results showed that the most properties of this kind of wall sheathing can meet requirements of standard,and the producing cost may decrease to 500 元/m3.
