动态碰撞反应池模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱检测藏药中的微量元素

摘  要:
对电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定藏药中微量元素As、Sb、Bi、Hg、Cd、Se、Pb进行了研究,优化了仪器在动态碰撞反应池(DRC)模式的测定条件。方法检出限:Se、As、Sb、Bi、Hg、Cd、Pb分别为0.110、0.060、0.026、0.036、0.091、0.043、0.035μg/g,方法精密度RSD为4.9%~14.3%,加标回收率90.0%~110.0%。该方法适用于类似植物样品中微量元素的检测。

摘  要:
The paper studied the detection of trace elements such as As,Sb,Bi,Hg,Cd,Se and Pb in Tibetan medicine by ICP-MS and optimized the detection conditions of the devices in dynamic collision reaction cell(DRC) . The detection limit of this method were 0.110,0.060,0.026,0.036,0.091,0.043 and 0.035 μg/g respectively for Se,As,Sb,Bi,Hg,Cd and Pb,the precision RSD was 4.9%-14.3%,the recovery rate was 90.0%-110.0%. The method was applicable to the detection of trace elements in similar plant samples
