饮用水净化用炭基滤芯成型工艺优化

摘  要:
为获得优良竹活性炭基饮用水净化用滤芯,笔者以毛竹活性炭为基材,椰壳活性炭为对比材料,添加高密度聚乙烯,采用活性炭挤出机(CTO)进行基础成型,采用响应曲面法,选取密度、抗压性、渗水率及碘吸附值作为响应值,对施胶量、含水率和粒径3个因素进行优化,确定最佳成型工艺,并对其饮用水净化效果进行了评价。结果表明:毛竹活性炭滤芯的密度随含水率和施胶量的增加而降低,随粒炭粉径的变小呈现先减小后增大的趋势;随含水率和施胶量的增加抗压性降低,随着炭粉粒径的变小抗压性增加;含水率和炭粉粒径对滤芯的碘吸附值影响不明显,随施胶量的增加滤芯的碘吸附值降低;随粒径目数、含水率和施胶量的增加滤芯的渗水率呈降低趋势; SEM和EPR分析表明,滤芯的净水主要为物理吸附,化学吸附微弱;有机物吸附模拟试验表明,滤芯对水质甲醛去除效果良好,可有效吸附水中有机污染物;随竹活性炭滤芯投加量的增加,饮用水CODMn的去除率增加,当投加量大于400 mg时吸附饱和;竹活性炭和椰壳活性炭滤芯对CODMn的吸附均符合Freundlich模型。

摘  要:
The issue on cleaning drinking water has been noticed increasingly in China. The filter made of coconut shell activated charcoal(CAC) performs good purifying performance,while the price of coconut shell in China has been dramatically climbed up because of its limited resource and dependence on import from other countries. The bamboo activated charcoal(BAC) has good adsorption ability,which makes it possible as an alternative for the filtering material. In order to achieve the best parameters for the molding of BAC-based filter for drinking water purification,BAC was used as a rawmaterial,high-density polyethylene(HDPE) was as an adhesive and CAC was for a comparison. The rawmaterial was extruded with the activated charcoal extruder,and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extruding process,in which three factors,namely,adhesive addition,moisture content and particle size were dominant.Four response values were collected,namely,density,pressure resistance,permeability and iodine adsorption. With the Increase of moisture content(MC) and resin addition value(RAV),the density of filter decreased,and with particle size(PS) became larger,density decreased and then increased later. With the increases in MC and RAV,the pressure resistance became lower,while it was higher with larger PS. Little effects of MC and PS on iodine adsorption were found,while it became weaker with the increase in the RAV. The permeability became worse with the increases in the MC,RAV and PS. According to the results of SEMand EPR,the physical function for water purification of filter took the lead,and chemical one only made less effect. The removal rate of the BAC filter for liquid formaldehyde was good,indicating that it could effectively remove organic pollutant in drinking water. With an increase in filter addition value(FAV),the removal rate of CODMnincreased,and when the FAV reached 400 mg,the filter was saturated. The adsorption models of both the BAC filter and the CAC filter conform well with Freundlich Model.
