NAA和6-BA对野生参薯愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化、生根的影响

摘 要:
考察了NAA和6-BA对野生参薯(Dioscorea alata Linn.)愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化、生根的影响。结果表明,愈伤组织诱导的最适培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂;愈伤组织分化不定芽的最适培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂;不定芽生根的最适培养基为MS+0.01 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂。生根试管苗在室温下炼苗7~10 d后,开瓶炼苗2~3 d,移栽成活率在95%以上。

摘 要:
The effects of 6-BA and NAA on callus induction,adventitious bud differentiation and rooting of wild Dioscorea alata Linn. were exzamined. The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was MS+1.0 mg / L 6-BA+0.2 mg / L NAA+30 g / L sucrose+ 6.0 g / L agar. The best medium for buds differentation was MS+0.5 mg / L 6-BA+0.1 mg / L NAA+30 g / L sucrose + 6.0 g / L agar. The best rooting medium was MS+0.01 mg / L 6-BA+0.3 mg / L NAA+30 g / L sucrose+6.0 g / L agar. The survival rate of transplanting was over 95% after exercising seedling in ambient temperature for 7~10 days and off closure for2~3 days.
