吉林省不同种类蒲公英3种有效成分质量分数

摘  要:
采用HPLC法,测定并比较吉林省产不同种类蒲公英中绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁3种有效成分的质量分数。结果表明:绿原酸质量分数较高的种类有白缘蒲公英、华蒲公英和红梗蒲公英;咖啡酸质量分数较高的种类有红梗蒲公英、朝鲜蒲公英和华蒲公英;芦丁质量分数较高的种类有蒙古蒲公英、朝鲜蒲公英和芥叶蒲公英。此结果可为吉林省产不同种类蒲公英的种植、采收和药用提供参考。

摘  要:
With HPLC method,an experiment was conducted to determine and compare the contents of three active ingredients form dandelion chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin in Jilin Province. The chlorogenic acid content is higher in Taraxacum platypecidum,T. sinicum and T. erythropodium Kifag. The Caffeic acid content is higher in T. erythropodium Kifag, T. coreanum and T. sinicum. There is high content of flavonoids in T. mongolicum,T. coreanum and T. brassicaefolium. The experiment results can provide a reference for planting,harvesting and medicinal value of different kinds of Taraxacum in Jilin Province.
