不同扁蓿豆材料抗旱性比较研究

摘  要:
通过测定叶夹角、叶面积、保水力、光合强度、水分利用效率和电导率等指标,对不同来源的6份扁蓿豆材料进行了抗旱生理学方面的研究。其中,保水力、光合强度、水分利用效率为扁蓿豆抗旱性研究的适宜指标;综合评价表明3号和6号扁蓿豆材料的抗旱性较强。

摘  要:
Six accessions of Melilotoides ruthenica were studied on the physiology of drought resistance.According to the five physiological indexes,namely the leaf angle,leaf area,the ability of keeping water,photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency and conductance rate.The results showed that in this five physiological indexes,the ability of keeping water,photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency are suitable indexes in studying the drought resistance of Melilotoides.Melilotoides ruthenica No.3 and No.6 were of more drought resistantance than others'.By the analysis of photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency,the yield of Melilotoides ruthenica No.2 and No.4 was higher than others'.
