包衣工艺对乙基纤维素包膜尿素的影响

摘  要:
为探究乙基纤维素包膜尿素的优化制备条件,以乙基纤维素(EC)为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用包衣锅法制备EC包膜尿素颗粒,并以尿素包埋率为指标探讨包衣锅转速、喷液方式、包衣锅片床温度、雾化压力等因素对样品制备的影响,再利用水溶试验和土柱淋溶试验检测其在不同包衣工艺条件下的缓释性能。结果表明,制备包膜量为10%的EC包膜尿素颗粒的最佳工艺条件为包衣锅转速700 r/min、喷枪从底部斜向上喷液、包衣锅片床温度70℃,雾化压力0.8 MPa,在此条件下制备的EC包膜尿素颗粒的尿素最大包埋率为93.66%。

摘  要:
In order to explore the optimized preparation conditions of coated urea with ethyl cellulose, which was embedded of urea with the raw material of ethyl cellulose(EC) and the solvent of anhydrous ethanol by the way of coating pan. Urea embedding rate was chosen as an index to discuss and analyze the the influence of speed of coat pan, the way of spray of coating pan, temperature of coating pan bed and atomizing pressure on sample preparation. Then its slow release performance was measured by water solubility test and soil column leaching test under different coating process conditions. Results showed that the optimum process conditions for preparation of coating 10% EC of coated urea particles : Coating pan speed was 700 r / min, spray gun sprayed inclined upward from the bottom, temperature of coating pan bed was 70 ℃, spray pressure was0.8 MPa. Under the optimal conditions, the package rate of coated urea with EC was 93.66%.
