葡萄渣中酒石酸的提取条件优化

摘  要:
以葡萄酒厂的废弃物葡萄渣为原料,用溶剂提取法,对葡萄渣中酒石酸的浸提工艺进行了系统的研究,确定其最佳工艺为,料液比1∶3(m∶V,g∶mL),提取温度75℃,提取时间4h,pH值3。该工艺为开发新的酒石酸资源提供了依据,且提取成本低、投资少、提取效率高、适宜大规模工业化生产,对葡萄的综合利用有很高的参考价值,并且减少了环境污染,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

摘  要:
Solvent extraction was applied to extract tartaric acid from grape pomace which was the waste of wine plant,and the extraction technique was systemically analyzed.The results showed that the highest extraction rate,0.71%,could be reached if extract at 75℃ pH 5 for 5 hours when the solid to liquid ratio was 1∶3.Characterized by low cost,small investment and high extraction rate,the extraction of tartaric acid from grape wine residue was suitable for massive industrial production and offered a valuable reference for comprehensive uses of grape which could reduce pollution and raise social and economic efficiency.
