梅花花芽分化临界期体内氨基酸变化探讨

摘  要:
在研究梅花花芽分化过程以及花原基形成前后体内细胞分裂素和赤霉素变化的基础上,作者又进一步研究了花芽分化临界期木质部液、成花短枝及其叶片内氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明:进入花芽分化临界期后,木质部液中氨基酸含量出现高峰;而后,成花短枝及其叶片中的氨基酸含量也依次出现高峰,木质部液中单个氨基酸含量的变化相差较大。短枝及其叶片中单个氨基酸的变化动态大多数基本相似,仅短枝中天门冬氨酸、精氨酸,叶片中天门冬氨酸、赖氨酸、半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸的变化较特殊。我们认为成花短枝及其叶片中这几种氨基酸和木质部液中氨基酸含量的变化与梅花花芽生理分化的关系值得进一步探讨。此外,本文对通过施氮肥促梅花开花的可能性进行了讨论。

摘  要:
Content variations of amino acids in xylem sap, spurs and leaves at the critical period of floral initiation (CPFI) in Mei-Flower were determined from the early May to the early June, 1985, on the basis of previous studies, i. e. the content variations of cytokinin and gibberellins at floral primordia formation stage. The results indicated that amino acid concentration in xylem sap reached the maximun amount at the early CPFI, and then so did that in spurs and leaves, respectively. The acidic, basic and neutral amino acids in each material had different content variation patterns. The content variation patterns of individual amino acid in xylem sap were significantly different, but those in spurs and in leaves were mostly similar, only a few amino acids, as ASP and ARG in spurs, ASP, LYS, CYS and MET in leaves had special content variation patterns. The relationships between the amino acids in spurs or leaves with special content variation pattern and the physiological differentiation of flower buds remain to be investigated. The possibility of promoting floral initiation by application of nitrogen fertilizer was discussed.
