太湖秀丽白虾遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘  要:
用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术对取自4个湖区(东太湖、南太湖、西太湖、北太湖)的各20尾太湖秀丽白虾进行了遗传多样性分析。筛选的17个随机引物共检测到85个位点(200~1500bp)。各群体的多态位点比例为32.94%~38.82%,遗传多态度为0.2134~0.2518,群体间最大遗传距离为0.0545,最小遗传距离为0.0094。用UPGMA对4个群体进行聚类分析,构建聚类分析图。结果表明,太湖秀丽白虾的遗传多样性较丰富,不同湖区的群体没有明显的遗传分化。

摘  要:
RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) was applied to detect the genetic diversity among four stocks of Exopalaemon modestus, which were respectively collected from the Eastern Taihu, the Southern Taihu, the Western Taihu and the Northern Taihu .Selected 17 random primers were used for DNA amplification and 20 samples of each stock were analyzed. 85 RAPD markers in a range of 200~1500 bp were totally obtained. Percentage of polymorphic loci of each stock was from 32.94% to 38.82% and genetic diversity was from 0.2134 to 0.2518. Genetic distance between stocks was from 0.0094 to 0.0545. Clustering of the four stocks was analyzed by UPGMA. The results showed that the overall genetic diversity of Exopalaemon modestus was abundant and there was no obvious genetic differentiation in stocks from different area of the Taihu lake.
