摘  要：
清洁发展机制(CDM)是《京都议定书》中规定的温室气体减排的一种灵活机制。它对中国林业的发展带来巨大的发展机遇,形成严峻的挑战。为此,我们应该认真学习、深刻领会清洁发展机制的实质内容,深入研究它对我国林业的影响,进而调整我国林业的发展思路,充分利用CDM机制,走“碳汇林业”发展之路。

摘  要：
The operation of The Toyoto Protocol will bring both huge opportunities and austere challenges for the development of Chinese forestry.Opportunities are that the value of forests will be reconsidered,and the great amount of fund for the development of Chinese forestry will be invested.The challenges are that how China can strength the carbon-sink function of forest,reconsider carbon-sink forestry and control itsdevelopment,as well as constitute and amend forestry regulation and laws.It is suggested that China should adjust the thought of forestry development,make the best use of CDM,and develop the "carbon-sink forestry" in a planned way.
