日本医蛭水肿病病原分离鉴定及敏感性试验

摘 要:
为了明确日本医蛭(Hirudo nipponia)发病的病因并筛选有效的治疗药物为新渔药研究提供新思路,采用生理生化特性分析、16S rRNA基因测序和构建系统发育树对细菌进行了鉴定;并通过药敏试验、最小抑菌浓度测定和棋盘式微量稀释试验测定了该病原菌对药物的敏感性和抗菌药物与天然化合物的联合抑菌作用。结果显示:该病原菌为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii),对妥布霉素、氟苯尼考等药物敏感,对头孢拉定、阿莫西林、恩诺沙星等药物耐药。联合药敏试验发现恩诺沙星与异土木香内酯联合使用具有协同抑菌作用(FICI <0. 5)。结果表明,分离株JZ15062301是对日本医蛭具有致病性的多重耐药维氏气单胞菌,异土木香内酯和恩诺沙星联合用药为耐药性维氏气单胞菌的控制提供了新的思路。

摘 要:
Pathogen was identified by biochemical identification,16 S rRNA gene sequence determination methods to determine the diseased leech pathogen and screen effective agents against the pathogen. Moreover,susceptibility test and checkerboard assays were introduced in the experiments to screen new agents against the pathogen. The results showed that the strain was identified as a multi-resistant Aeromonas veronii,which was sensitive to tobramycin,florfenicol,and resistant to cephradine,amoxicillin,enrofloxacin and other tested antibiotics. Enrofloxacin combined with isoalantolactone exhibited a synergistic effect( FICI < 0. 5) according to the results of synergistic susceptibility test. As an conclusion,the strain was a multi-resistant strain that can cause diseases of leech. Enrofloxacin combined with isoalantolactone provides a new approach against resistant A. veronii strains.
