不同施钾量和种植密度对紫心甘薯叶绿素和产量的影响

摘  要:
以徐紫薯2号为试验材料,采用4个钾肥施用水平,3个种植密度水平,3次重复的二因素随机区组设计,研究和探索不同的施钾量和种植密度对紫心甘薯的叶绿素含量及量的影响。结果表明:1施钾量适宜时有利叶片叶绿素含量峰值提早出现;适当稀植有利叶绿素的合成。2同的施钾处理对产量有较大影响。结果显示在A3水平处理下小区产量最高,说明适当增施钾肥可以提高产量,但钾肥施用过多增产效应减缓。3不同种植密度对产量也有明显影响。结果显示在B2处理下小区产量最高,说明适当密植有利提高产量;但各小区最大单薯重随密度增加呈下降趋势。4两个处理互作小区产量间存在显著差异。在A3B3处理下小区产量最高,说明在较高施钾水平下,中等密度有利产量的提高。在本试验所采取的4个施钾水平、3个种植密度中,施钾量以(A3处理)施225 kg/hm2含K 50%氯化钾、密度以(B2处理)52 500株/h㎡为最佳组合,在这种条件下紫心甘薯的叶绿素含量最高,获得的产量最大。

摘  要:
The effects of different potassium application rate and plant densities on the growth and yield of purple sweet potato(PSP) were studied. The cultivar of Xuzishu 2 was treated with two experimental factors including four levels of potassium fertilizer and three plant densities in a completely randomized block design including three replications in each treatment. The results showed that the appropriate application period of potassium fertilizer promote d favorably the early appearance of leaf chlorophyll content with peak values. The leaf chlorophyll content increased with a moderate reduction of the plant density.Application of potassium fertilizer with different levels had distinct differences with yield of PSP. The highest-level yield of A3 treatment showed that a moderate elevation of potassium fertilizer application increase d yield of PSP, while the excess application of potassium fertilizer reduced the yield. The different plant densities affected the yield of PSP to a large extent. The highest-level yield of B2 treatment with a moderate level of plant densities favorably increased yield of PSP. The biggest single PSP weight decreased with the increase of plant density. There were significant differences among blocks caused by the treatment interaction of the two experimental factors. The highest yield in A3×B3 combination treatment showed that the medium plant density was favor for the increase of PSP yield at the moderate level of potassium fertilizer application. It is indicated that the optimal planting conditions should be the integration of A3(50% KCl,15 kg/667 m2) and B2(3500 plants/667 m2) treatments with the highest chlorophyll content and the maximum yield of PSP.
