蜂毒肽对受照射小鼠脾细胞增殖的影响

摘  要:
研究目的:探索蜂毒肽对受照射小鼠的脾细胞转化率的影响。方法:照射前24小时对各实验组小鼠注射不同剂量蜂毒肽,照射后24小时取小鼠的脾细胞进行体外培养48小时,用MTT法测定各实验组小鼠脾细胞转化率。结果:在小鼠受照射前注射不同剂量的蜂毒肽均可提高小鼠脾细胞转化率,其中注射中等剂量蜂毒肽的小鼠脾细胞转化率比空白对照组提高了13.2%,高剂量组比空白对照组提高了17.5%。结论:蜂毒肽可以增强小鼠脾细胞的增殖能力,这可能是蜂毒肽抗辐射的作用机制之一。

摘  要:
OBJECTIVE:Observing the influence of melittin on the proliferation rate of spleen cells of irradiated mice.METHOD:Injected distinctness dose melittin 24 hours before the mice were irradiated, by means of 48 hours external cultivation of the spleen cells from the 24 hours irradiated mice, the proliferation rate of spleen cells was measured by MTT assay.RESULTS:The results showed that the injection of different dose melittin into mice before irradiation could increase the proliferation rate of spleen cells; 13.2% of increase in proliferation rate of spleen cells appeared in the group of medium dosage of injection and 17.5% of increase in the high dosage group, compared with the rate in the control group.CONCLUSION:Melittin can promote the proliferation of spleen cells of mice, and it could be one of the mechanisms of irradiation resistance.
