奶牛隐性乳房炎对牛奶品质的影响

摘  要：
为了探讨奶牛隐性乳房炎对牛乳品质的影响,在四川省洪雅市一大型奶牛场里,将70头荷斯坦泌乳奶牛6个月内所采的334个乳样,按乳汁体细胞数分成4组,分析各组间乳成分的变化趋势。以乳汁体细胞数超过每毫升50×104个作为判定隐性乳房炎的标准,结果显示,随着乳汁体细胞数的升高,特别是体细胞数超过每毫升50×104个时,乳蛋白比率、Na+和Cl-含量及乳过氧化物酶活性随体细胞数的升高都显著增加(P<0.05);乳脂、乳糖和干物质比率及K+、Mg2+﹑Ca2+含量则显著降低(P<0.05),P含量在乳汁体细胞数每毫升超过100×104个时显著降低(P<0.05)。

摘  要：
The purpose of this study was to analyze the variable tendency of milk composition and discuss the effects of subclinical mastitis on milk quality.According to somatic cell count(SCC),a total of 334 milk samples were divided into 4 groups which were collected from 70 six-month-old lactating Holstein cows in Hongya dairy,Sichuan.The SCC of 50×104 cells·mL-1 in milk was used as the classification standard of subclinical mastitis on the basis of relationship between SCC and subclinical mastitis.The results showed the percentages of protein,activity of lactoperoxidase,contents of natrium ion and chlorine ion were significantly increasing with the rise of SCC in milk;the percentages of fat,lactose and material,con-tents of potassium ion,magnesium ion,calcium ion and phosphorus were significantly declining with the rise of SCC in milk,especially SCC>50×104 cells·mL-1(P<0.05).
