摘 要:
以冰冻切片-电子探针X-射线微量分析法研究了红松苗木根-土界面营养元素的微区分布特点。结果表明:苗木根际土壤中氮、磷、钾、钙、硫等元素含量均低于根组织中的含量,而铁元素的含量较根组织中的高;根组织中磷、钾含量由表皮向根内径向增加,氮、钙与铁在根组织内的分布则与磷、钾呈相反的趋势,由根表向根内逐渐减少。通过对元素含量的微区分布特点分析,可以较深入地了解根/土生态界面范围并说明一些养分的运输机理。

摘 要:
The distribution characteristics of the elements in the rhizosphere and root tissue of Pinus koraiensis were studied by electron probe X-ray microanalysis in this paper.The results showed that the contents of N,P,K,Ca,S in the rhizosphere soil were all lower than that in the root tissue,while the contents of Fe in the rhizosphere soil was higher than that in the root tissue.The contents of P,K in the root tissues increased from the root surface to interior of the roots gradually.On the contrary,the contents of N,Ca,Fe in the root tissues decreased from root surface to interior gradually.The magnitude of the root-soil ecological interface and mechanism by which the elements were transported might be explained largely by means of the gradient distribution of the elements in the rhizosphere soil and the root tissue.
